Appropriate auxiliary aids and services are available for individuals with disabilities and their companions to ensure effective communication. These may include:

Qualified interpreters, including American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters
Video remote interpreting services
Information provided in alternative formats, such as large print, audio recordings, or accessible electronic formats

Reasonable modifications may be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities when necessary to ensure accessibility and equal participation in our services and programs.

Filing a Grievance

If you believe that Glendale’s Urgent Care has failed to provide appropriate services or has discriminated in any way based on a protected characteristic, you may file a grievance. Grievances may be filed in person, by mail, or by email. Assistance is available if you need help submitting a grievance.
